- W2373713368 abstract "In order to optimize the culture conditions of Saccharomyces sp.YJ-60 for pear wine production,single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were carried out using optical density(OD) value of culture medium as index.The results showed that the optimal culture conditions of Saccharomyces sp.YJ-60 were as follows: initial glucose concentration 3.6%,initial pH value 5.0,culture temperature 30℃ and rotation speed 220r/min.Under these conditions,the OD value reached 2.033 after 16h cultivation,which was increased by 13.4% compared to that before optimization." @default.
