- W2373854243 abstract "To observe the therapeutic effects and impact on immune function of LFHE(Leucovorin LV /fluorouracil 5_Fu / hydroxycamptothecin HCPT/etoposide Vp16)regimen in patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma.Thirty_two cases were treated with LFHE chemotherapy regimen (LV100 mg/m2 IV,d1～5,5_Fu 500mg/m2 IV,d1～5, HCPT 10 mg/m2 IV,d1～4,Vp16 60 mg/m2 IV,d5～7)every 4 weeks for 2 cycles. The lymphocytes in peripheral blood were detected by flowcytometry and the cytotoxicity of the lymphocytes was measured by MTT assay.Objective response and toxicity were assessed with WHO criteria.There were 2 complete remission (CR),16 partial response (PR), 10 stable disease (SD) and 4 progression disease (PD).The response rat (RR) was 56.3%. Side effects were mainly myelosuppression and digestive tract toxicity. The number of B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes, NK lymphocytes and the cytotoxicity of the lymphocytes decreased after chemotherapy.[Conclusions] LV, 5_Fu, HCPT and Vp16 are effective chemotherapy regimen in treatment for advanced colorectal carcinoma.It is worthwhile to further study." @default.
