- W2374054614 abstract "Objective:To determine simply and rapidly amikacin(AMK) in different pharmaceutical formulations with resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) method.Methods:The mechanism of generating greatly enhanced RRS signals,the effects of the interacting conditions on the enhanced intensity of RRS,and the relationship between the enhanced RRS intensity and the concentration of AMK were investigated.Results:In a Britton-Robinson buffer solution(pH3.0),AMK interacted with pontamine sky blue(PSB) to form an ion-association complex with the composition ratio of 2∶1 by virtue of electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic effect.It was found that the enhanced intensity of RRS was in good proportion to the concentration of AMK in the range of 0.01～1.7 mg/L with the detection limit(3σ) at 3.0 μg/L.Conclusion:The method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of AMK in different pharmaceutical formulations." @default.
