- W2374069019 abstract "The effects of 850℃ and 1050℃ annealing treatments on the phase structure,microstructure and electrochemical properties of low-Co MlNi_(3.8)Al_(0.27)Mn_(0.36)Co_(0.24)Cu_(0.15)Cr_(0.1)Zn_(0.05)Fe_(0.05) hydrogen storage alloy were investigated to improve its electrochemical properties.The results of XRD analyses indicate that annealing treatment reduces the lattice stress and defects of the as-cast alloy,and improves the unit-cell volume.The electrochemical tests indicate that the annealed alloy,as compared with ascast alloy,shows a higher discharge capacity and much better cycling stability.The discharge capacity of the alloy annealed at 1050℃ increases to 315mAh/g,26mAh/g more than as-cast alloy.High rate discharge property decreases slightly after annealing but it can still reach to 96%.Annealed alloy exhibits better cycle stability than as-cast alloy,especially the alloy annealed at 1050℃." @default.
