- W2374445247 abstract "The Tanning Matrices were formed by salicylic acid and three kinds metal ions including Cr(III),Al(III) and Cu(II) and the reaction properties have been studied between Tanning Matrices and collagen protein.Through DSC technique,the denaturation temperature(Td) was tested in order to understand the relationship between Tanning Matrices properties and thermal stability of collagen.The results indicated that these Tanning Matrices can do improve the thermal stability of collagen protein better than that of two kinds of materials formed Tanning Matrices,singly.It was also clear that the higher the formation constant the stronger the thermal stability of tanned collagen protein is.It's a developed method to improve the hydrothermal stability of tanned collagen protein by these Tanning Matrices." @default.
