- W2374552339 abstract "To observe the effects of compound Danshen and calcium tablets in the prevention of pregnancy-inducing hypertension syndrome,MP monitor was employed to measure 764 women with children for 20～28 weeks and determine 84 cases of high-risk pregnancy-inducing hypertension syndrome.They were then randomized into two groups:prevention group with 42 cases orally taking compound Danshen tablet and Galtrate-D 1200mg till the delivery,and placebo group with 42 cases orally taking vitamin C 100mg till the dilivery.The incidence of pregnancy-inducing hypertension,blood dynamics and the conditions of delivery and newborns were compared in the two groups.Results:In prevention group,3 cases(7.14%) suffered from hypertension,in placebo group,12 cases(28.57%) suffered from hypertension;there was a great difference between the two groups(P0.001).In prevention group,the blood dynamics changed little after management,while in placebo group,it changed noticeably(P0.01).the weight of the newborns was 3367±328.6 g in prevention group and 3057±237.2 g in placebo group,P0.05.It is revealed that oral administration of Danshen and calcium tablets can reduce the risk of pregnancy-inducing hypertension syndrome and improve the maternal and newborn health." @default.
