- W2374730768 abstract "Aiming at its application in the construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway (QTR),experiments on the fatigue performance of steel-concrete composite structure consisting of 14 MnNbq steel girder,22 studs and C50 concrete were carried out in a set of refrigerating apparatus,which was particularly developed to simulate the environmental temperature of QTR and the lowest temperature can be kept at -50 ℃.Considering the influence of temperature changes and rolled direction of the steel,the destroyed form and fatigue capability of 22 studs under low temperature were well studied.The experimental results got under low temperature were compared with those got under room temperature.It shows that under the same load level,the fatigue performance of 22 studs is better under low temperature than under room temperature.The lower the temperature is,the better the fatigue performance will be.Rolled direction of steel has great influence on the fatigue life of studs.14MnNbq steel has excellent quality,its transition temperature is lower than -50 ℃.Welding studs on 14MnNbq steel girder under -50 ℃ has no influence on the quality of the latter.With the simulation of the procedures of temperature descending and ascending in day and night on QTR, the temperature difference between steel and concrete were tested with FZS Temperature Auto Testing System.According to the test results,the temperature difference between steel and concrete can be taken as 15 ℃ in the design of composite bridges of QTR.6figs.,1tab.,16refs." @default.
