- W2374768222 abstract "Using potassium hydroxide as catalyst,3,3,3-trifluopropyl/3-[2-(amino-ethyl) amino]propyl group polysiloxanes(AFSO-1) is synthesized by the bulk polymerization of 1,3,5-tris(trifluoropropylmethyl)cyclotrisiloxane(D3F) with N,N-dimethyl-β-aminoethyl-γ-amino propyl dimethoxysilane(KH-602).Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were D3F 30.0 g,KH-602 1.9 g,potassium hydroxide 0.003 g,reaction temperature 105～115 ℃,reaction time 4～8 h.The chemical structure of AFSO-1 was characterized by IR.It was emulsified into a transparent micro-emulsion of particle size 55.6 nm by fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether dosage 10%(relative to AFSO-1 mass fraction) and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether dosage 0.1%(relative to AFSO-1 mass fraction).The conditioning of 100% white cotton was padded with over 0.3%(solid mass fraction) emulsion.The results showed that the bending rigidity of the treated cotton decreased and its wrinkle recovery angle increased,which enhanced the soft hand-feeling,and the water-repellent effect was 80 points." @default.
