- W2374804931 abstract "A method for determination of trace nickel in alloy by flow injection system of on-line ion-exchange preconcentration combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established.In this experiment,sample and reagent flowed from the narrower end of the column to the broader end and the eluent flowed through it in the reverse direction by double-column to minimize dispersion,using 80 mesh 732 strong acid cation exchange resin in the 0.10mol/L HCl on-line ion-exchange enrich the Ni2+ of samples,and 2.0mol/L HCl eluted.The double column manifold and operating program for on-line ion exchange and flame atomic absorption spectrometry were designed,and chemical conditions and operation parameters were optimized.It can effectively eliminate a large number of co-existence of iron by NH4F.The detection limit of the method was 3.6ng/ mL and the calibration curve was rectilinear over 0.010～0.50μg/mL.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace Ni2+ in standard alloy and experimental results are in agreement with the certified values." @default.
