- W2375101497 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To compare 9 trace element contents of Lonicera macranthoides from 4 habitats,and to provide reference for the construction of GAP bases and the quality control of herbal pieces.METHODS:The samples were pretreated by wet digestion method.The contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Pb,Cr,Ni and Cd were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy and Se was determined by atomic emission spectroscopy.RESULTS:The recovery of the eight elements were within 96%～105%(n=9) and recovery of Se was 97%～102%(n=9).The RSD of the nine elements were 1.19%,1.89%,3.49%,6.12%,6.08%,6.58%,3.53%,2.48%,3.41%(n=6).The content of beneficial element Fe was higher than other trace element in A,B,C,D producing areas,and the contents of heavy metals element Pb,Cr,Ni,Cd were lower than other trace element.The contents of beneficial element Zn and Mn from B region were higher than other regions.CONCLUSION:The method is convenient and accurate for trace element determination of L.macranthoides.the herbal drug in B region is better than other regions." @default.
