- W2375142875 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To optimize the preparation process for Leigongteng oral solution(LOS).METHODS:Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the volume of added water,the size of granule of crude drug,the extracting times and hours of every time as well as clearing medium in preparing LOS.The content of Triptolide,one of the effective ingredients in LOS was determined by RP-HPLC.RESULTS:The content of triptolide was in good linearity in the range of 130.6～ 218.8μ g· 100mL-1.The optimized preparation process is as follows:12-fold water added,size of granule of crude drug at 1mm,extracted for three times(3,2,1h each time),cleared by ZTC 1+ 1 Ⅲ natural clearing medium.CONCLUSION:The method can be used for preparation of Leigongteng oral solution." @default.
