- W2375159456 abstract "OBJECTIVE: To optimize the preparation technology of Yidan cuyun capsules and to establish its quality standard. METHODS: Preparation technology of Yidan cuyun capsules were optimized by orthogonal experiment using amount of water, decoction time and the times of decoction as factor and with total amount of stachydrine as evaluation index. Qualitative identifications of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Paeonia lactiflora, Rehmannia glutinosa were carried out by TLC. The content of stachydrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The optimal preparation process was as follows: adding 8-folds water, decocting for 3 times, one hour each time. The TLC spots were clear, well-separated, specific and free from interference of negative sample. The linear range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 1.0～10.0 μg(r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 99.39% (RSD=0.39%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The preparation technology of Yidan cuyun capsules is simple. The qualitative identification is accurate and reliable for preparation and quality control of Yidan cuyun capsules." @default.
