- W2375186504 abstract "This paper presents the study of finite element analysis of traditional forging flange joint and a new-type internal-external forging flange joint of steel transmission towers under condition of stretch bending.ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model of flange joint for transmission steel tube tower by taking bolt numbers,the distance between bolt hole center and flange fringe,the distance between bolt hole center and flange neck as computation parameters.And then the failure pattern and stress of traditional forging flange joint and the new-type forging flange joint are studied under the action of stretch bending.The results show that the traditional forging flange joint has two failure patterns: bolt bending yield and flange neck yield while the new-type forging flange joint has two failure patterns: bolt bending yield and steel pipe tension yield." @default.
