- W2375284927 abstract "Objective To investigate the effects of endurance training and Pifithrin-μ on autophagy related gene transcription in ICR mice's gastrocnemius muscle. Methods Twenty-four male ICR 28-week-old mice were randomly and equally divided into three groups: control group( C,n = 8),Pifithrin-μ group( P-μ,n = 8),Pifithrin-μ endurance training group( P-μ training group,n = 8). The P-μ group and P-μ endurance training group were injected Pifithrin-μ subcutaneously. The mice were sampled after 4-week feeding and exercise training. Between 12 h and 24h after the last training,the mice were killed and gastrocnemius muscle were excised for RT-PCR on p53 mRNA、Beclin-1 mRNA、LC3 mRNA and Atg7mRNA level. Results( 1) The P53,LC3 and Atg7 expression of gastrocnemius muscle had no significant change in P-μ group( P 0. 05) compared with C group; The Beclin-1 expression of gastrocnemius muscle was upregulated significantly in P-μ group( P 0. 01) compared with C group.( 2) The P53 expression of gastrocnemius muscle was upregulated in P-μ training group( P 0. 05) compared with C group; The Beclin-1,LC3,Atg7 expression of gastrocnemius muscle was upregulated significantly in P-μ training group( P 0. 01) compared with C group.( 3) The P53 expression of gastrocnemius muscle had no significant change in P-μ training group( P 0. 05) compared with P-μ group; The Beclin-1 expression of gastrocnemius muscle was upregulated significantly in P-μ training group( P 0. 01) compared with P-μ group; The LC3,Atg7 expression of gastrocnemius muscle was upregulated in P-μ training group( P 0. 05) compared with P-μ group; Conclusion The effects of endurance training and Pifithrin-μ on ICR mice could enhance the process of skeleton autophagy; But the connection between them has not clear yet." @default.
