- W2375360247 abstract "s:224 Yunling black (include Chuxiong, Shizong and Wenshan) and their crossbred goats (Yunlin × Boer) were carried out synchronized estrus with an intravaginal progesterone device (CIRD) plus PMSG in summer. The results showed as follows: ① Rates of total estrus and transferable embryo were 64.73% and 47.32%, respectively. And there were 100% goats exhibiting estrus behavior within 48h in estrous goats, which was highly estrous degree; ② Estrus rates of Chuxiong (n=44), Shizong (n=96), Wenshan (n=71) and crossbred goats were in turn 52.27%, 65.63%, 66.20% and 100%, especially rates of synchronous estrus and transferable embryo of crossbred goats were higher than those of Chuxiong goats(P0.01), Shizong and Wenshan goats(P0.05). However, rates of estrus and transferable embryos were no significant difference among three local Yunling goats (P0.05); ③ Estrus rate and transferable embryo rate of 1～2.5 years old recipients were in turn 17.74 percent (P0.05) and 11.06 percent (P0.05) over those of 3～5 years old recipients; ④ Estrus rate of 20～29 kg goats was 19.23 percent and 26.01 percent up on that of 30～ 39 kg (P0.05) and that of 40～51 kg(P0.01), and rate of transferable embryo of 20～29 kg goats was 13.07 percent and 14.83 percent over that of 30～39 kg and that of 40～51kg(P0.05), respectively; ⑤ Droping CIRD rate of young goats was significantly lower than that of parous goats(P0.05); There were no significant difference in rates of estrus and transferable embryo between falling CIRD and retaining CIRD of goats; ⑥ rates of estrus synchronization and transferable embryo were no significantly different on Day-16 and Day-17 of goats removed CIRD." @default.
