- W2375432176 abstract "Objective To explore the appropriate teaching contents and methods in accordance with the practicing features of field nursing training.Methods The implementation of teaching procedures of field nursing curriculum was reviewed.In addition,the teaching effects were evaluated by satisfactory degree questionnaire,teacher-student seminars,teaching and learning evaluation workshops and individual interviews of the students.Results The trainees were highly satisfied with field nursing training and more satisfied with the teaching contents and methods of the training courses.They were confident in performing these skills effectively after the training.Conclusion Teaching contents should be expanded according to the characteristics of field nursing.In addition,multi-environment situation simulation and case study should be further emphasized in the future.Failure scenarios should be adopted to in the final examination reinforce the training effects." @default.
