- W2375505140 abstract "Objective:A determination method of ursolic acid in solid dispersion systems by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established and at the time the purity of ursolic acid peak was detected by means of Photodiode Array Detector(PAD).Methods:The chromatographic column,NovaPak C18(3.9×150 mm,4 μm),methanol-water(88∶12,V/V) mobile phase with 1.0 mL/min flow rate,the detected wavelength(210 nm),and the column temperature(25℃)were adopted.Result:The calibration curve of ursolic acid was linear under the content of 0.86～14.62 μg,the correlation coefficient was over 0.9995 and the detected limit was 0.2 mg/L(3σ).The average recovery of ursolic acid acid was 99.0 %.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and has wider linear range.The method can be adapted to evaluate the quality of ursolic acid preparation." @default.
