- W2375641632 abstract "The seeds of Cardiocrinum giganteum collected from the Ailaoshan Mountain Natural Preserve were treated as experimental material;The cause of seed dormancy,dormancy extirpation methods in C.giganteum were explored through morphology dissection,paraffin section,stratification test and biochemistry mensuration,etc.,so as to provide scientific basis for the seed propagation of C.giganteum.The results showed that the embryo undeveloped was the main reason for seed dormancy in C.giganteum and the dormancy types of C.giganteum seeds was morphology physiological dormancy,which was reported for the first time.Temperature was a major factor affecting embryo growth and differentiation,and complicated alternating temperature stratification from high temperature to low temperature could explode the C.giganteum seed dormancy effectively.If the seeds were treated with laboratory alternating temperature stratification(25℃/15℃→15℃/5℃→4℃),the seeds could germinate after ripening.The duration time was about 170 d,and shortened 11～12 months than that under natural conditions." @default.
