- W2375681418 abstract "Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of amiodarone to continuous ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods: 9 acute myocardial infarction patients with sudden continuous ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation were observed.Non-synchronous electrical cardioversion together with intravenous loading dose 150mg of amiodarone was administed,and it would be repeated once after 10min when the treatment had no effect,followed by 0.5～1.5mg/min infusion for 24～36 hours,and amidarone was given to patients orally.The curative effect and side effect were observed.Results:24hr after the administration of amiodarone in 9 patients,the continuous ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in all of the patients were under control,temporary sinus bradycardia occurred in 1 patient,and no death occurred in all patients.Conclusion:Intravenous amiodarone is effective and safe in treating of continuous ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in patients with AMI,also the success rate of rescue and of AMI are raised." @default.
