- W2375780213 abstract "Objective To establish an index system of different management modes for evaluating urban community health service(CHS).Methods Literature study,expert appraisal method and Delphi Expert Advising had been used.Results An indicator system for evaluation was set up though four rounds of Delphi Expert Advising,including six level-one indicators,23 level-two indicators,96 level-three indicators.The degree of the specialist authority and the coordination coefficient of the specialist opinions were higher in consultation.Conclusion The screening methods of evaluation indexes are reasonable,the method to determine the index weight is scientific and results are relatively accurate.The established indicator system is characterized by wide coverage,effectiveness,crediblity,and easiness in operation." @default.
