- W2375793096 abstract "Objective To investigate the effect of Andi injection on transplantation tumor and immune functions. Methods The mice were divided into several groups randomly: model groups(transplantation tumor model in mice including ECA, S 180, Lewis lung cancer), control group(5-FU) and treated groups(Andi injection at dose of 25 mg·kg -1,12 mg·kg -1 and 6 mg·kg -1) to observe the antineoplastic activity and the effect of immune functions noduliferous mice by using hemolysin test and delayed allergy. Results ①ECA tumor cell Ranson's pyridine silver staining rate of Andi injection at different concentrations in vitro were 100%, 96%, 89%, 65% and 49% respectively(P0.01). ②The inhibitory rate of Andi injection to S 180, HCA and Lewis transplantation tumor was up to 42.1%～54.8%, 38.2%～53.5% and 42.1%～55.3%(P0.01), the survival lengthening rate of ascites style HCA in mice was 110.4%～136.1%(P0.01). ③Compared with 5-FU group, the mice's immune functions administrated by Andi injection had no change significantly. Conclusion Andi injection has strong antineoplastic activity and no obvious effect on the mice's immune functions." @default.
