- W2375975057 abstract "Objective To observe the effect of Jianshenfang Chongji(JSF) on serum NO in ovariectomized osteoporods Mouses,in order to comprehend the mechanism of JSF in treating osteoporosis.Methods Sixty female mousses were randomly allocated to six groups:normal group,model group,three JSF groups(with high,moderate and low dosages,respectively) and nilestriol group.All groups were resected ovaries expect normal group.Before and after the experiment,the levels of E2 and NO in serum were determined.And BMD was measured before experiment ended.Results There was significantly difference in BMD,E2 and NO between JSF groups and model group.The BMD、E2 and NO of JSF groups were higher than that of the model group.The effect of ovariecomy cause bone resorption accelerated.This may be the consequence of decreased expression of E2 and NO.The decreased expression of E2 may lead to the decreased expression of NO;the decreased expression of NO enhances the bone resorption,which leads to the decrease of BMD,and this is one possible important reason for female osteoporosis.Conclusion JSF can prevent osteoporosis in overiectomized mouses,this may be related with the increasing of E2,the increasing of E2 leads to the expression of NO and inhibition of bone resorption." @default.
