- W2376039809 abstract "Objective To study the effect of insulinpump(continuous subcutaneous insulin injection,CS Ⅱ).Methods 86 cases of Type Ⅱ diabetic patient were divided into two groups.45 cases in therapy group were used CS Ⅱ and 41 cases in control group were used MSII.The changes of blood sugar after 3 days were observed in hypoglylemia,dose of insulin and time of preparation.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in blood sugar before operation.The preoperative preparation in therapy group was 1.5±0.8 day with hypoglylemia rate of 18% at dosage of insulin 32～76u.The preoperative preparation in control group was 5.0±1.8 day with hypoglylemia rate of 56% at dosage of insulin 45～89u and 1 case had ketonamia.There was significant difference between two groups P0.5.Conclusion This method might control blood sugar level rapid,safe,less complication with less insulin and short hospitalization." @default.
