- W2376093559 abstract "Objective To master hepatitis B vaccination coverage in people aged 1-59 years in Gansu Province and provide the reference for controlling hepatitis B in the future.Methods Hepatitis B vaccination coverage survey in population aged 1~59 years were conducted with multi-stage random sampling method in 2006.Results Hepatitis B vaccination coverage in population aged 1~59 years was 48.18%,being 89.37% in children aged 1～4 years,55.40% in adolescents aged 10～14 years and 10.99% in those aged 15～59 years in Gansu showing that Hepatitis B vaccination coverage reduced with age increasing.The vaccination coverage in farmers and medical workers was low(50%) Hepatitis B vaccination coverage was significantly different among different occupational groups.The hepatitis B vaccine coverage of the first dose afte birth in children aged 1~14 was 46.79%,72,81% in 2-year old children.Conclusion Hepatitis B vaccination coverage in children enhanced significantly after hepatitis B vaccine was introduced in EPI and enhancement of hepatitis B vaccine coverage is the key measure to control the spread of hepatitis B in this province.." @default.
