- W2376133957 abstract "Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of icariin in Yinhuang Capsules. Methods The HPLC assay was performed on a Zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-aquous (25︰75, V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detective wavelength was 270 nm. Results A good linearity of icariin was obtained in the range of 0.099 84～0.599 04 μg (r =0.999 8). The average recovery was 97.77% and RSD was 1.77% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, feasible, accurate and reliable. It can be applied to the determination of icariin in Yinhuang Capsules." @default.
