- W2376278981 abstract "Effects of garlic and garlic green tea mixture on gastric adenocarcinoma and preneoplastic changes in Wistar rats in- duced by N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG)were reported.MNNG group(30 rats),prevention group (30 rats),treatment group 1(20 rats)and treatment group 2(20 rats),induced preneoplastic changes;adenoma 15,9, 3 and 4 eases,atypical adenoma 13,5,6 and 0 cases,polyp 23,16,11 and 12 cases,atypical polyp 21,17,7 and 3 cases,microcyst 24,21,17,and 11 cases,atypical microcyst 16,8,3 and 2 cases,and severe atypical hyperplasia 23, 13,9 and 2 cases,respectively,and gastric carcinoma 39 cases,of which intramucosal carcinoma 23,6,5 and 4 cases, and infiltrating carcinoma 19,3,4 and 3 cases,the incidence were 92.0%(23/25),20.0%(6/30),25.0%(5/20) and 22.2%(4/18)respectively.The difference with MNNG group was significant(P0.005～0.05).The results showed that garlic and garlic-green tea mixture for experimental gastric carcinoma and preneoplastic changes have inhibito- ry effects." @default.
