- W2376352191 abstract "OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of Schisandrin、Deoxyschizandrin and γ-schizandrin in Bushenyinao Capsule.METHODS The separation was performed on Agilent C18 column with mobile phase of methanol-water(70∶30) at detection wavelength of 250nm,the flow rate was set at 0.8mL·min-1 and the injection volumn was 10μL.RESULTS The linear range were 10.17～203.37μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)for schisandrin with an average recovery of 97.9%(RSD=1.45%,n=9) and 2.17～43.43μg·mL-1(r=0.9997) for deoxyschizandrin with an average recovery of 98.7%(RSD=1.71%,n=9) and 2.82～56.40μg·mL-1(r=0.9995) for γ-schizandrin with an average recovery of 97.4%(RSD=1.56%,n=9) CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reproducible for quality control of Bushenyinao Capsule." @default.
