- W2376427145 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of treating urinary system infection with the same daily dose of gatifloxacin used in single dose or in 2 divided doses and to explore a reasonable injection medication scheme of gatifloxacin.MET-HODS:103 patients with urinary system infection were assigned to receive 0.4g gatifloxacin+ 100mL physiological saline by slow intravenous drip q.d(Group A) or 0.2g gatifloxacin+ 100mL physiological saline(Group B) by slow intravenous drip bid for 7～ 10days,with effective rates and bacterium clearance rates of 2 groups observed after the termination of one course of treatment.RESULTS:The effective rate of Group A vs.Group B was 94.12% vs.80.77%(P0.05) ;the bacterium clearance rate was 91.11% vs.80.43%(P0.05) and the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.84% vs.5.77%(P0.05).CONCLUSI-ON:The clinic curative effect of same daily dose gatifloxacin is significantly higher in single dose than in 2 divided doses." @default.
