- W2376476905 abstract "According to the traditional theory of fatigue abrasion,the comparision experiment on the fatigue abrasion and the experiment on contact fatigue strength on the ceramics material and metal materials are made by using of the repacked contact fatigue experimental machine of model JP-BD 1500. The formula of the fatigue abrasion on ceramics material is analyzed. It turns out that the wear extent on ceramics samples is smaller than the metal ones,and the abrasive mechanism is mainly the abrasive particles. Under different vibration conditions, compared with ceramics Al2O3 and ZTA (ZrO2 solubilize Al2O3) ,the contact fatigue strength of Mg-PSZ ceramics is higher and its lifespan is longer. It's more proper to be used as the sub-components of ceramics worm wheel pair under the loads of slight impact. Mg-PSZ ceramics is used to replace the traditional copper worm wheel pair in the simulated experiment. Result shows that the quantity of fraction on ceramic worm wheel pair Mg-PSZ is rather small. It also can be put into practice in the field of decelerating the light load or graduated organization. Meanwhile,the transmission of no abrasion and unlimited lifespan can also be realized." @default.
