- W2376482858 abstract "AIM: To observe the antiinflammatory, analgesic, anticoagulative effects and the acute toxicity of the aqueous extract of stem leaf (AE S) and the aqueous extract of root (AE R) of Antenoron filiforme. METHODS: Classical experimental methods were applied of antiinflammation, analgesia, bleeding time test and LD 50 test. RESULTS: AE S and AE R at different doses had obvious inhibitory effects on xylene induced auricle edema ( P 0.01～0.05), exudation of abdominal blood capillaries ( P 0.01～0.05) and cotton pellet induced granuloma formation ( P 0.05) of mice, and had no effect on index of mice's immune organs. AE S and AE R at different doses could obviously decrease the numbers of writhees of mice caused by ip of acetic acid ( P 0.05) and prolong the incubation period of pain induced by heat stimulation on mice ( P 0.01～0.05). AE S and AE R could obviously prolong the bleeding time caused by cutting the mice's tail ( P 0.001～0.01) and had obvious dose response relationship. The effect on anticoagulation of AE S at medium dose was the strongest. The tolerance dose of stem leaf and root for mice was 70g/kg(be equal to 4.06g/kg of AE S and 3.36g/kg of AE R) by ig twice in 12h. LD 50 of stem leaf was 9.3±0.51g/kg(be equal to 0.54g/kg of AE S) by ip. LD 50 of root was 40.9±4.18g/kg (be equal to 1.96g/kg of AE R) by ip. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that A.filiforme has the antiinflammatory, analgesic and anticoagulative effect, and the toxicity of its root was slighter than that of the stem leaf." @default.
