- W2376582593 abstract "Aiming at the complicated relation between on P and Zn,the effects of the combined application of P and Zn on the availability of Zn and P in calcareous soil, the P,Zn absorption and distribution by wheat were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that application of Zn could significantly increase the soil DTPA-extractable Zn content, which also increasing with applied P amount's increase.Application of P could significantly increase the soil available P content, and under the same P applied treatments, the soil available P content was increased with Zn amount's increase.Application of Zn could increase the Zn content in stem, leaf and seed, and the Zn contents in stem and leaf were significantly decreased with the application of P amount's increase under different Zn treatments, but increased the Zn content in seed.Application of P could increase the P contents in stem, leaf and seed. The application of Zn could significantly increase P content in stem and leaf, which increased with Zn amount's increase but decreased in seed under lower applied P treatment(no application of P and its amount was 21.82 mg kg-1).And under the higher P application treatment(P applied amount was 174.56 mg kg-1),application of Zn could significantly decrease P content in stem and leaf, but P content was increased with Zn application amount's increase. So,application of P fertilizer into calcareous soil increased the Zn availability in soil, and decreased the Zn content in wheat leaves and stems and transport Zn to seed from leaves and stems, increased the Zn content in seed. But under the lower applied P amount treatment, application of Zn increased P content in leaves and stems, decreased P content in seed, but under the higher applied P treatment, application of Zn decreased P content in leaves and stems, increased P content in seed." @default.
