- W2376642014 abstract "Several new methods are proposed to deal with the issues of the driver controller of the brushless DC(BLDC) motor in research of the door motor unit in the rail transit system.1.The BLDC motor has some inherent problems,i.e.,it has high torque ripples and bad performance at low speed.To solve these,taking into consideration errors caused by current regulation and starting from the angle of engineering application,we use the new method of scanning the rotor positions at regular time.With this method,the dynamic response speed and the dynamic performance at low speed are improved,the torque ripples are suppressed and starting problems of the BLDC motor are solved.2.In the industrial environment,the friction of the door rail,the wind in the hole and man disturbances are taken into account in the design.The moving distance of the door is calculated to produce the velocity profile by contrasting with the given distance.This method is superior to the conventional algorithm that determines the velocity profile by means of time nodes.The position error algorithm is presented for obstacle detection.Experiment results show that the proposed methods reduce the cost of the hardware and improve the robustness and performance of the door motor system." @default.
