- W2376669761 abstract "One of the achievements of organizational behavior in the 21st century is the shift of research orientation from negative mood prevention to positive mood construction.Organizational behavior researches reveal that,as a new concept in positive organizational behavior,resilience can also promote individual and social ability and the significance of human resources.However,current researches have long ignored one important point that Chinese people's endurance has a unique connotation in resilience.We accordingly put forward a localized resilience concept construction,i.e.national endurance.We hold the view that Chinese endurance is not only a strong psychological disposition,but also a rationally forward-looking spirit,a relentless pursuit of target,besides a combination of mental and moral qualities based on tolerance and modesty.In this paper,an employee resilience value model is set up by adopting Chinese national endurance concept and verified against data from 116 enterprises in Jiangsu Province.It argues that,as an employee psychological disposition,endurance is an integral part in the enterprise capital and employee psychological capital.Accordingly,it is critical to pay attention to the positive value brought about by traditional culture to the enterprise performance in a modern enterprise." @default.
