- W2376748992 abstract "This paper studies the effect of share holding percentage of the largest shareholder on corporate vertical boundaries, and concluded that there is an U-shaped relationship between them: both too much and too little share holding percentage of the largest shareholder may reduce its effort to oversee managers, so the more risk-averse managers largely depend on vertical integration to deal with the risk from assets specificity. The thesis studied the phase of year 1999～2006 to examine the relationship between ownership structure and corporate vertical boundaries.
