- W2376983040 abstract "In order to study the variation law of the limit penetration velocity and the incident angle,the cylindrical fragment penetrating the same target at different angle was simulated by the dynamic nonlinear process AUTODYN.The diameter of cylindrical fragment was 8 mm.The simulation value was compared to empirical value,it was found that as the incident angle of the fragment became larger,the deformation of the fragement was much larger and the limit penetration velocity was higher.The curve of the limit penetration velocity and the penetration angle was nonlinear.When the penetration angle was smaller than 45°,both of the values fitted well;When the penetration angle was larger than 45°,the error became larger,and when the penetration angle was 60°,the error reached 15.7%.When the penetration angle was too large (large than 75°),even if the incident velocity was 4 000 m/s,the fragment could not fully penetrate the target." @default.
