- W2377368488 abstract "Objective:To study the clinical significance of anterior ST segment depression in leads V 1～3 and V 4～6 in patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction.Method:The correlation of electrocardiography and coronary angiography in 57 patients with the first acute inferior myocardial infarction was investigated retrospectively. Patients were divided into three groups: ①No precordial ST segment depression (group 1,n=30). ② Maximal precordial ST segment depression in leads V 1～3 (group 2,n=15). ③ Maximal precordial ST segment depression in leads V 4～6 (group 3,n=14).Result:Among the patients in group 2,group 1 and group 3, the incidence of circumflex artery stenosis (≥70%) was 60%,27% and 28%(P 0.05 ), respectively. Comparid other two groups,group 2 patients had the greatest incidence of multivessel disease( 66.7 % vs 10.0 % and 28.6 % respectively, P 0.05 ), and had the largest size of acute myocardiol infarction (AMIs) as estimated by peak creatine kinase 〔( 239.65 ± 45.34 ) U/L vs ( 173.78 ± 58.83 ) U/L,( 164.22 ± 38.12 ) U/L,respectively,P 0.05 〕, the lowest ejection fraction〔(45±10)% vs (61±7)%,(56±5)%,respectively, P 0.05 )〕.Conclusion:Coronary angiography in inferior myocardial infarction with V 1～3 ST depression showed greater incidence of involvement of left circumflex artery and right coronary artery with larger size of AMIs and lower ejection fraction." @default.
