- W2377388917 abstract "Objective: To observe the effect of blood target-controlled infusion with propofol and remifentanil for fiberoptic bronchoscope examination and investigate the feasibility of it.Method: Sixty-five ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients aged 15～69 years undergoing check of fiberoptic bronchoscope were randomly divided into two groups:TCI group(n=32) and control group(n=33).The patients in TCI group received propofol 4mg/L and remifentanil 1ug/L as plasma concentration.The patients in control group only received topical anesthesia of lidocaine(2%).Intraoperative hemobynamic(MAP、HR、SPO_2)date and P_(ET)CO_2 were recorded.Observe successful ratio,bucking,agitation,respiratory restraint,bronchospasm and aryngeal spasm,chest wall rigidity,cardiac arrhyththmiasand satisfaction of patient.Result: The MAP and HR was more stable in the TCI group.The bucking and the agitation of TCI group were lower than that in control group.Patient's satisfaction of TCI group was higher than the other.There were no differences in SpO_2,P_(ET)CO_2,respiratory restraint and chest wall rigidity between the two groups.It was no significant differences in bronchospasm and successful ratio,but the control group has one bronchospasm and two failure of examination.Conclusion: Blood target-controlled infusion of propofol and remifentanil is safe and effective.It has the advantages of good control,less hemodynamic effect and can be used clinically." @default.
