- W2377564385 abstract "Objective: To investigate the inhibitory action of the combination of the extract from five types of Ganodema Lucidum with cyclophosphamide(CTX) on mice transplanted solid tumor.Methods: The in vivo tumor inhibition action was evaluated by traditional method of drug screening.The mice sarcoma-180 was used as tumor strain.Fourty NIH mice were divided randomly into four groups and ten for each group.The mice of negative control group were given normal saline 20ml/(kg·d) by gastric tube feeding while the mice of positive control group were given cyclophosphamide(CTX) 20mg/(kg·d) also by gastric tube feeding.The mice of the first experimental group were given the extract from five types of Ganodema Lucidum 20g/(kg·d) by gastric tube feeding.The mice of the second experimental group was given the extract of Ganodema Lucidum 20g/(kg·d) and cyclophosphamide(CTX) 20mg/(kg·d) by gastric tube feeding.Each group was given drugs continuously for ten days 24 hours after implantation of sarcoma cell.All the mice were killed 24 hours after the drugs were given for the last time.The tumors were obtained and rate of tumor inhibition was calculated.Results: For the first experimental group,the rate of tumor inhibition was(47.41～60.42)%,the second was(78.02～80.23)%.For each experimental group,the rate of tumor inhibition was significantly higher than that of the negative control group(P0.001).And the rate of tumor inhibition of the second group was also remarkably higher than that of first group or the positive control group(P0.05).Conclusion: The combination of the extract from five types of Ganodema Lucidum with cyclophosphamide(CTX) could produce synergetic antitumor effect." @default.
