- W2377778967 abstract "Objective To investigate the changes and effects of red cell immune system in the pathogenesis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD).Methods The immune function of red cell was measured by Guo Feng's method in 32 patients with CAD and 25 subjects with normal controls(NC).Results ①The rate of red cell C3b receptor rosette was significantly lower than that of control group ( P 0.01),and there was significant difference between any two type of CAD ( P 0.01);② The rate of immune complex rosette was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 0.01),and there was significant difference between any two type of CAD ( P 0.01).③The activity of enhanced factor of red cell immune abherence (RCIA) in patients group was markedly lower than that of control group and there was marked difference between any two type of CAD ( P 0.001); The activity of inhabited factor of RCIA in patients group was markedly higher than that of control group ( P 0.001) and there was marked difference between any tow type of CAD ( P 0.01) besides there was not significant different between the stable angina pectoris (SAP) and the unstable angina pectoris(UAP) ( P 0.05);④The rate of red cell C3b receptor rosette was more negatively related to the rate of immune complex rosette and the activity of enhanced factor of RCIA respectively in patients with CAD, while highly positive correlation was present to the activity of inhabited factor of RCIA.Conclusion The decreasing function of reduced red cell immune system play an important role in leading to the pathogenesis of CAD. These changes may be helpful in indicating the severity of CAD and diagnosing the disease early and improving therapy in CAD patients." @default.
