- W2377886210 abstract "Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of compound peracetic acid disinfection solution in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger.Methods Two kinds of disinfectants were mixed into compound at certain ratio.The suspension quantitative germicidal test,carrier qualitative germicidal test and simulated field test were carried out.Results In the suspension quantitative germicidal test,the killing logarithms of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger exposed to the solution containing 1000 mg/L peracetic acid and 500 mg/L available chlorine for 10 min was 7.74.In the carrier qualitative germicidal test,the germicidal efficacy was 100%.In simulated field test,the killing logarithms of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger on steel tubes exposed to the solution containing 1000 mg/L peracetic acid and 500 mg/L available chlorine for 10 min was 4.20～6.40.Conclusion The compound disinfection solution of A group had a good germicidal efficacy in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger." @default.
