- W2377886978 abstract "The regulation effect of selenium fertilizer and selenium and cobalt combining fertilizer on the growth of Medicago sativa L.was studied with leaf-spraying way in different growing stage.The results showed that:(1)Leaf-spraying of selenium fertilizer and selenium and cobalt combining fertilizer could enhance stem/leaf ratio and decrease FW/DW ratio;(2)Selenium and cobalt combining fertilizer could promote the increment of aboveground biomass in the whole durations,however selenium fertilizer only promoted aboveground biomass in vegetative growing periods;(3)Selenium fertilizer and selenium and cobalt combining fertilizer could increase underground biomass in 10～20cm soil layer significantly which favored to promote the absorption and utilization of nutrients and water in top soil by alfalfa;Furthermore,selenium and cobalt combining fertilizer had stronger capability to promote the growth of underground biomass than selenium fertilizer which increased underground biomass by 18.9% in 10～20cm soil layer and by 7.5% in 10～20cm soil layer compared to control group respectively;(4)Selenium fertilizer and selenium and cobalt combining fertilizer affected the growth of underground biomass in 30～50cm soil layer obviously and decreased drought-relief ability of alfalfa.In this respect,selenium and cobalt combining fertilizer had more effects than selenium fertilizer." @default.
