- W2377894760 abstract "Fuhai Reservoir is one of the reservoirs in Xinjiang,it stores water from the Wulungu River and Wulungu Lake.Wulungu Lake is with rich fishes,it can directly affect the aquatic resources of Fuhai Reservoir.Fuhai Reservoir can be used for irrigation,power generation,aquaculture as a comprehensive functional reservoir.The climate here is classified into temperate continental one.In order to understand the dynamic characteristics of the plankton community,rotifers were investigated and analyzed in the wet,flat-water and dry seasons from 2008 to 2009.The research methods are as follows: 3 sections were setted based onChinese Ecosystem Research Network Survey and the Standard Method Observation and Analysis-Observation and Analysis of Lake Ecology;(2) The water samples were collected based on Freshwater Plankton Research Methods.The result shows that:(1)A total of 25 species belongs to 7 families and 17 genera,and significant differences of the composition and density of rotifers among different seasons were observed;(2) Brachionus angularis,Philodina sp.,Brachionus calyciflorus,Keratella cochlearis,Keratella ticinensis,Asplanchna sp.,Synchaeta sp.,Asplanchna priodonta,Trichocera pusilla,Filinia longiseta and Polyarthra trigla are the dominant species,and the amount of dominant species reaches the highest level in flat-water season;(3)Although those dominant species alternates with each other,the P.trigla shows an absolute dominance in all periods;(4) The rotifer density in different periods are as follows: flat-water season(448.06±67.13 ind/L)'s one wet season(418.06±112.09 ind/L)'s dry season(282.59± 266.46 ind/L)'s;(5) the composite diversity index shows a low level in the dry season.And the rotifer composition and diversity are closely related to the temperature and diets of Fuhai Reservoir." @default.
