- W2377985220 abstract "The response surface methodology was employed to analyze the effects of dosage of crosslinking agent,temperature and initiator concentration on the swelling ratio and the partical size of crosslinked starch microspheres CSM to derive optimum conditions for preparation of CSM.And the prediction model was established.The optimum conditions were as follows:amounts of crosslinking agent 0.5%,reaction temperature 48 ℃ and initiator concentration 3.7 mmol/L.Values predicted by the models for the rate of swelling ratio and the partical size of CSM under optimized conditions were 246% and 16.5 μm,respectively.These values were experimentally verified,and the predicted values were good agreement with experimental values.And then CSM was used to encapsulate DOX·HCl,which showed good performance in drug release test." @default.
