- W2378117433 abstract "【Objective】 To establish the quality standard of ShuJinXiaoTong capsules.【Methods】 The active components of ShuJinXiaoTong capsules were determined by the TLC method,while HPLC was used for the determination of Asperosaponin Ⅵ in the sample.【Results】 The TCL identification was highly specific and the spots were clear.The linear range of Asperosaponin Ⅵ was from 1.9688～19.688 μg.The average recovery of Asperosaponin Ⅵ was 99.1% and RSD was 0.33%(n = 5).【Conclusion】 The constructed method was proved to be simple,accurate and had good repetitions,thus,it is reasonable that the content of the Asperosaponin Ⅵ can be used to establish the quality standard of ShuJinXiaoTong capsules." @default.
