- W2378244895 abstract "Objective: To examine the classification of job burnout of the researchers and designers in enterprises, and offer reference to enterprises for carrying out employee assistance program.. Methods: K-Means cluster analysis w as made in 1957 researchers and designers from 23 enterprises. They w ere assessed w ith the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory( CMBI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale( SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale( SDS),and self-made questionnaire concerning demographic factors. Results: According to the findings of K-Means cluster analysis of subjects' job burnout, there w ere 4 types,namely,high job burnout( 25. 1%),inefficacy( 18. 5%),exhaustion( 27. 1%),and low job burnout( 29. 3%). The scores of SAS [( 0. 78 ± 1. 06),(- 0. 72 ± 0. 58) ] and SDS [( 0. 72 ± 0. 86),(- 0. 81 ± 0. 62) ] w ere the highest in subjects w ith high job burnout and the low est in ones w ith low job burnout. The SDS scores w ere higher in subjects w ith inefficacy type than ones w ith exhaustion type [( 0. 21 ± 0. 96) vs.(- 0. 01 ± 0. 84),P 0. 001]. Conclusion: It suggests that the job bureout of enterprise researchers and designers could be classified into 4 types, including high job burnout, inefficacy, exhaustion and low job burnout. The employees w ith different job burnout types may display different severity of anxiety and depression." @default.
