- W2378388082 abstract "Objective To compare the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol by different ways of drug administration for termination of 10～16 week抔estation.Methods 298 women requesting abortion at 10～ 16 week’s gestation were randomly divided into two treatment group (group I and group II ).In group I (n=158) women took mifepristone 75mg(50mg in morning and 25mg in evening) orally twice a day for two days,48 hours later misoprostol 0.6mg given vaginally every 3～4 hours; In group II(n=140) same dose of mifepristone as in group I and 48 hours later misoprostol 0.6mg orally.Resuits The successful abortion rate in group I was 95.57% and 92. 86% in group II,the different in two groups was no significant(P0.05). the natural induced labor rate of placenta was 72% in group I after given misoprostol at first and 20.05% in group II, the difference in two groups was very significant (P0.01). The average dose of misoprostol in group I was 0.745mg and 1.25mg in group II, the different of dose in two groups was significant(P0.05). The volume of postpartum bleeding, persisting time of vaginal bleeding and time of menstruation recovery were no significantly different in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone comblined with misoprostol is safe, effective and less side-effect for termination of 10～16 week gestation. Misoprostol given vaginally has the advantages of quick abortion and little dose." @default.
