- W2378421022 abstract "Factors including carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature and culturing time were optimized for alga-lysing bacterium W5,and the interaction among affecting factors was studied by orthogonal experiment. The culturing condition was optimized and then applied for fermentation in 10L scale. Results showed that alga-lysing effect of fermentation fluid was similar to that in the shaking-culturing fluid. When proportion of fermentation fluid and Microcystis culture was 1:100 (V/V), the alga-lysing ratio would be as high as 82%,which was enhanced 10 times compared to that before the optimization." @default.
