- W2378534048 abstract "To study the changes of ultrastructure damage and actin expression in cultured primary cardiomyocytes irradiated by high power microwave (HPM), and reveal the course of cell injury and repair process after exposure to HPM and the mechanism of non-thermal effects. Cardiomyocytes were irradiated by HPM. Then the changes of ultrastructure were observed by scanning electronic microscopy, transmission electronic microscopy and atom force microscopy. The expression of actin was determined by immunohistochemical method. After HPM irradiation,cell membrane appeared with hollow,electroporation and rupture. The diameters of hollows were 840±57.59 nm,and depths were 208±17.21 nm. Mitochondria swelling,Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum distension were observed. The expression of actin decreased significantly, r=-0.945(P0.01). [Conclusion] Irradiation of HPM could injure cardiomyocytes ultrastructure,especially cell membrane. The injury has a short course of development and repair,and there might be a relationship between the dosage and the effects." @default.
