- W2378566652 abstract "The temperature field finite element analysis model of thick steel plate in the quenching process was established by ANSYS software, the change of cross-section temperature at different cooling rate was studied. The results show that the section temperature difference of thick sheet increase with the cooling rate of surface increases, but limited by the heat transfer capabilities of sheet, when the cooling rate is too large, the temperature difference does not increase. With the increase of surface cooling rate, the center cooling rate in the high temperature area increases, but the increase is smaller and emergence of the extreme value, while the average cooling rate in the intermediate temperature zone remained unchanged." @default.
