- W2378638643 abstract "Objective To anlyse the antimicrobial agents resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinic,so as to choose the effective antibiotics.Methods The pathogenic bacterias were evaluated by VITEK32,Drug susceptibility test was carried out by K-B way.MRSA was detected by cefoxitin disk and oxacillin disk.The inducible clindamycin resistance(D Test) was tested by double disk diffusion method.Results From 216 strains of staphylococcus aureus 130 strains of MRSA were detected,the rate was 60.2%.All MRSA strains were resistant to penicillin G,ampicillin;while sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid.Resistant rate to chloramphenicol was 8.5 %,to nitrofuratoin was 14.6%.The average resistance rate of MRSA to macrolides,quinolones and aminoglycosides were relatively high(61.5%～90.0%).And resistant rate of MRSA was higher than the meticillin-sensitive S.aureus(MSSA) in average level.There was 4.6% detected rate of MRSA by oxacillin disk less than that by cefoxitin disk,the detection rate of inducible resistance was 56.3%.Conclusion Resistance of S.aureus is quite serious.Cefoxitin disk diffusion method is a simple and reliable method for the detection of MRSA.The inducible resistance of erythromycin to clindamycin in S.aureus should be checked by D-test in clinical microbiology laboratory routinely so as to help physicians to choose reasonable antibiotics." @default.
